Lock operation details are available on the Check-In-Out page. NOTE: While operational, it is cumbersome to use fireplaces in the kitchen and wood-burning fireplace in the main floor master bedroom. Guests are requested to generally refrain from operating them. That being said, if you are keen on using them during your stay, you can reach out to guest operations for support and instructions.

Operating Firetable - Bar table on patio
The fire table at the downstairs patio has a hatch that can be opened to find the cylinder and turn on switch. Do ensure to remove the steel plate on top of the table. Ensure that the cylinder valve is set to open state. Next press on black lighter button to spark while turning on knob in the on position. If needed you can use the lighter provided in the kitchen/grill to ignite the fire instead of the spark button. Sometimes the cylinder may be out of propane, in that event it's easy to replace at any nearby grocery like Safeway.

Operating Fan and Lights

There is a remote control next to the fireplace which can be used to turn on the lights and fan in this room. The electric switch itself is near the entryway to the room. Watch the video for more details. As intuitive blue button with light bulb symbol operates the fan light and the grey button in the center can be used to turn the fan on or off.
Reconfiguring Bar table on main Patio
Typically both crescent-shaped tables join to form a perfect circle around the cylindrical fire pit table to form a dual-level table with ample space. In this configuration, all six seats have a front-row view of the flames. Alternately connect the half-moon tables at their ends to create an s-shaped configuration. This serpentine arrangement allows for separate groups to share intimate conversations. The open side of the fire pit welcomes temporary visitors or those who prefer to stand to enjoy the open flame on their own accord. For larger gatherings, separate the fire table to create a casual walk-up table. By adjoining the two C-shaped tables to form a circle, you can still enjoy a full dining table experience.

The crank system of this cantilever umbrella should be used to open or close the canopy. Press on the unique handle to change the height of the umbrella across multiple levels of high or low. Smart TVs
Amazon FireTV series 4 manual can be found here - In addition to the FireTV remote, the TV can also be operated through your mobile phone by downloading FireTV remote app and pairing it with the TV using the code displayed on the TV screen
Outdoor grill
State-of-the-art Weber Genesis special edition grill, comes with 3 individual gar burners, side burner station as well as searing capabilities making it an asset for outdoor grilling. Watch the video to get started on the grill usage. The grill is powered by natural gas line attached at the back. It is recommended that you open the gas valve while starting to cook and close the gas valve after you are done with using the grill for the day. Gas valve is down towards the floor on the right side of the grill. While the burner is self-start, the grill section requires a lighter. You can find a lighter in the kitchen drawer. There are grill equipment - both steel trays and large tongs and such in the kitchen.
Air Hockey
Enjoy air hockey placed in the game room. It may have the table tennis top which can be easily dismounted and kept in a corner, allowing you to enjoy air hockey. Ensure that the power cable is plugged in and use the pushers and pucks provided onsite to challenge your opponent for a fun session of air hockey. Table features consistent air flow and electronic scorers.

Microwave
Viking VMOD microwave provided in the kitchen opens and closes like a drawer leveraging the buttons on the touchpanel of the microwave.

Outdoor Lights
String lights in outside patio and lakefront gazebo are on automated system and should come up at sundown. If for some reason they don't light up at dark please contact us on text or call. An extreme measure could be to take them off smart plugs and directly hook them in.
Iron and Ironing board
Rowenta Iron is placed in the laundry room. Ironing board can be found in the main bedroom near the fireplace.
Anorak Chair
Four comfortable anorak chairs are available in the lakefront cabana that you can place in outdoor areas including the dock on the lake. These chairs have a pull out cup holder under their armrest, which is handy to hold your beer bottles and wine glasses as you enjoy your afternoon by the lakeside. It is highly advisable to put the chairs away as heavy winds may blow them into the water.
Sofa bed in living room
The back of the sofa beds in the living room can be retracted/contracted by pushing or pulling on the seat backs. This flexibility allows you to go from sitting to lounging/sleeping configuration comfortably.
Glasshouse wares
Glasshouse/Greenhouse in the lower gardens has lots of relevant equipment for your use during the stay. These include air pumps (to inflate the paddle boards or water toys), spare water floaties, fishing rods, sun umbrellas, hoses, rakes, plastic mats etc. Bases for the sun umbrellas can be found on the dock as well as in and around the gardens. We request that you keep the equipment back in the greenhouse after use.
Workspace setup 1
Main floor living cum bedroom space features ErGear Height Adjustable Electric Standing Desk alongside a docking station hooked with monitor, mouse and keyboard to hookup your laptop and get swing into a workstation mode at high gear!

The coffee table at the center of the sitting nook in the main floor bedroom can easily be transformed into a workstation by lifting its top into an elevated table-top. Switch seamlessly between work and leisure by leveraging the smart height adjustment feature of this table.
