Parties or events are not permitted on the property.
Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time, even if all guests are not staying overnight.
The maximum occupancy limit for the home is 14 guests.
Reasonable Noise Levels
Please be mindful of our neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels at all times.
This is a residential area, and excessive noise may prompt complaints from neighbors or local authorities.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping noise to a minimum during this time.
No pets allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Exceptions may be made for registered service animals, in accordance with applicable guidelines.
No Smoking
The house and surrounding property are strictly non-smoking.
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and any form of drug use are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Car parking limit
Parking is limited to a maximum of 6 vehicles on the property at any given time.
Please plan accordingly and ensure all vehicles are parked only in designated areas.
Inform in event of damage
If anything is broken, damaged, or spilled during your stay and cannot be cleaned or resolved,
please inform us immediately so we can address it promptly.
Flush only bio waste
The home operates on a septic system.
Please flush only bodily waste and toilet paper down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
No commercial photos
Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the property without prior approval.
Proper Garbage Disposal
Follow disposal instructions and do not mix regular trash with recycle. Only cardboard, metal and plastics go in GREY recycle bin. All other trash including glass should be disposed in GREY trash can.
Proper Hot Tub Use
Follow usage instructions for hot tub/spa. Do not put any lotion, soap, products while using hot tub. Ensure clean feet and body while entering the hot tub. Ensure proper water levels while operating jets.
