Early check in requests can be accommodated subject to availability. Please contact us well in advance to consult regarding early check in .
Automated numerical key for main door is communicated to the guest over email & text before arrival*.
Key is valid starting the designated check in time and not before.
Press the home key on the keypad and quickly enter the passkey provided. A tick sign will display to indicate door has opened

Your access code and Wi-Fi details are shared with you prior to arrival, allowing for a smooth and self-guided check-in experience.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day your reservation ends.
Self check-out is supported using the Schlage smart lock. -
Late check-out requests may be accommodated subject to availability. Please contact us well in advance to consult and seek explicit permission.
Tidy Up after you

Please help us by completing the following before departure:
* Gather soiled towels and place them in the laundry room
* Dispose of all trash in the garbage bin located at the top of the driveway. Only cardboard, plastics and metal go in GREY recycle bin.
* Load and start the dishwasher
* Restore the home to a tidy condition
Stow away items

Please return all kayaks, life jackets, and chairs to their original lakefront storage locations.
Heavy winds may blow items into the water if not safely stored. -
Clean up and store any outdoor items used during your stay.
If any items were taken from the greenhouse, kindly return them before departure.
Collect your belongings

Please take a final walk-through of the property to ensure all personal belongings have been collected. If an item is accidentally left behind, please contact us. We will be happy to mail it to you, with shipping costs applied.
Secure the house

Please ensure the living room door, patio door, and balcony doors are securely closed.
All windows should also be locked prior to checking out. -
Please close all lights, electronic gadgets around the house

Cover the hot tub

A tick mark will appear, confirming that the door has been securely locked.

Secure all windows prior to checking out.
Secure the house

Please gather soiled towels and put them in laundry room

Please take all trash to the garbage bin located at top of the driveway

Please load and start dishwasher

Please restore home to a tidy condition

Turn off all lights and electronics

Cover the hot tub
Tidy Up

Return any kayaks, lifejackets and chairs on lakefront to their original storage. Heavy winds these may blow into the water unless safely tucked away.

Clean up anything left outside and store any items that have been used during your stay

If you have removed any items from Greenhouse for usage during your stay, kindly put these back
Stow away items

Please walk through the property to ensure you have all your belongings

In the event you forget something please do not hesitate to call us and we will be happy to mail you your belonging while charging only for shipping cost.
