House Rules
No Crowds. No Party
No parties or events are allowed at the property. Please don't exceed the maximum occupancy of the house at any point, even if your guests do not stay the night. Max occupancy limit is 14.
Reasonable Noise Levels
Please be respectful of the neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level. Most of them have busy lives and will not hesitate to let us or local law enforcement know if they are getting disrupted.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM at night to 8 AM in the morning.
No pets allowed
No pets are allowed on the property. Accommodations can be made for service animals.
No Smoking
The house and its surrounding property are strictly non-smoking. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarette and drug use are strictly prohibited.
Car parking limit
No more than 6 cars should be parked at the property at any point.
Inform in event of damage
If anything breaks or spills during your stay and you cannot clean it up, please inform us immediately.
Flush only bio waste
House is on septic, so please ensure only bodily waste and toilet paper are flushed down the toilet.
No commercial photos
No commercial photography and filming is allowed at the property.
