Opening Main Entrance
* For current guests temporary access key and wifi access information is made available through text or email from the booking platform of your choice such as Airbnb or VRBO.
Check-In Time
Check in starts from 4:00 PM on the day of your reservation. End time for check in is flexible per guest convenience. We support self Check-In using smart lock from Schlage.
Early check in requests can be accommodated subject to availability. Please contact us well in advance to consult regarding early check in .
Operating Smartlock*
Automated numerical key for main door is communicated to the guest over email & text before arrival*.
Key is valid starting the designated check in time and not before.
Press the home key on the keypad and quickly enter the passkey provided. A tick sign will display to indicate door has opened
Check-In Support
We hope you enjoy your stay in our home and are confident that you'll walk into a beautiful clean and well equipped home.
That being said, if you find anything amiss at arrival please don't hesitate to call us right away at the contact number provided to you and we will be promptly at your service to address the issue. Your comfort is our utmost priority.
Check-Out Time

Check out time is 10:00 AM on the day your reservation ends. We support self Check-Out using smart lock from Schlage.

Late check out requests can be accommodated subject to availability. Please contact us well in advance to consult and seek explicit permission regarding late check out.
Tidy Up

Please gather soiled towels and put them in laundry room

Please take all trash to the garbage bin located at top of the driveway

Please load and start dishwasher

Please restore home to a tidy condition

Turn off all lights and electronics

Cover the hot tub
Lock Main Door

To lock the main door simply press the lock key on the keypad. A tick sign will display to indicate door has locked.
Stow away items

Return any kayaks, lifejackets and chairs on lakefront to their original storage. Heavy winds these may blow into the water unless safely tucked away.

Clean up anything left outside and store any items that have been used during your stay

If you have removed any items from Greenhouse for usage during your stay, kindly put these back
Secure the house

Additionally, please do ensure to secure the living room door, patio door, balcony doors

Secure all windows prior to checking out.
Colect your belongings

Please walk through the property to ensure you have all your belongings
